Beautiful location with easy access to gardens, lake views, town center, and lagoon; incredibly friendly staff.

This place is lovely, beautiful, and has very good showers.

The employees were accommodating and excellent.

It was an absolutely great place. Stayed in spotless room with very good showers. The staff were all accommodating and amiable. Enjoyed delicious food in the bar.

Private parking was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Family room with very good showers accommodated us perfectly. Besides, the location was amazing for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Lake Bacalar. And the area was wonderful, very close to the town centre.

Amazing location for Bacalar, short walk to Yucatan, and the lake. And 10 mins walk to Lake Bacalar. Nice bed in family room with a safe, a work desk, and television.

The location of this small hotel was amazing, near lovely gardens with access and views of the lake as well as Bacalar. the staff was nice, with some of them being especially friendly.

The room was a nice size and included a safe, TV, and a writing table. the bathrooms were really great, featuring a tub. - the hotel has an incredible and wonderful location right next to the Bacalar lagoon, offering stunning views of the lake. - It is conveniently close to many nice restaurants.

The family room we stayed in had very good showers and was located close to beautiful gardens with lake access and views, as well as near the town center.

Situated directly on the lagoon, the views are absolutely breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise right from your balcony, which was a highlight for me. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The attention to detail, like the very good showers, made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus.

All was great, nothing to complain about.
